Shipping policy

We process orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. Orders received after 3 pm EST on Friday are not guaranteed to ship until Monday. If an order is received on a Holiday when our offices are closed, it will be processed and shipped on our next business day. Orders received after 3 pm EST may ship the next business day.

We ship all orders through third-party carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, delivery times and handling are entirely managed by the carrier. While we are happy to assist with tracking information and help investigate delivery issues, we do not have control over carrier operations, transit times, delays, routing decisions, or final delivery performance after the package leaves our facility.
